• External participants: Fee for first author is Rs. 400/- and every additional author Rs. 200/-.

• If the external and internal participants register together for a paper, the registration can be considered only under EXTERNAL PARTICIPANT CATEGORY.

• Certificates will be issued to all participants attending the conference.

• Maximum number of authors/paper : 6

• No Page limit

• The presentation will be for a duration of 12 minutes.  This duration includes the Q & A session as well.

• Decision of judges will be final

• Follow the paper format as per the given guidelines

• The spot registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings

• Registration kit to spot registration candidates is subjected to availability.
